For taking the screenshot of the entire screen in Windows 10 you can use the combination of Windows Key + Print Screen Key Command of your keyboard. Press and hold the Windows Key and tap on the Print Screen key. Just like a camera shutter, you will see the display going dim as if somebody is taking a picture from his/her camera.

Take Snapshot of Just One Window
If you have multiple windows open then the traditional print screen Windows 10 method won’t work. In that case, as a first, please click on the window, of which you want the screenshot, so as to activate it. Next use the key combination of Alt + Print Screen for taking the screenshot.
This key combination takes the screenshot of the active window and saves it on the clipboard. So, you require opening Paint or any other image editor and use Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot there.
